DDB
- A national and international research facility
As a
national research resource the Demographic Data Base activities
are centred on two main areas: data production and research. Data
production includes input, filing and systematizing information
from historical parish registers and parish statistics in Sweden.
This information is retrievable from relational databases. The
Demographic Data Base encourages researchers from both Sweden
and abroad in using its material for various research purposes
which require large sets of individual and family life course
data.
DDB's research activities include method development, service
for researchers, provision of guest research posts, seminars,
conferences etc. |
